So busy it's hard to blog - just making bikes, mostly. Ready for a big post?

 D. got surprised with a new 650B!
 One for the curves
After hours build finish - full King gruppo, 120mm travel x 15mm thru-axle fork, Thomson stem and post......
Mechanic's eye view (mine) Below = STOKED!
I was cranking through John's 29er, so much so that this is the only picture I took - sorry......
So, I took some today: below, tacked.
 And here, brazed.
Here I find a quick & novel way to trim that pesky 2" off that seat post.
 Badges, we got stinking badges.
 Above, a new facer/chaser = a cool $500.00 out the door.
44mm headtubes are here to stay, me thinks.
Below, a shitload of True Temper tubing, made in the USA.
It snowed! We have gotten 7-8" more since this.
Connie Towndsend did this beautiful portrait of Sally, we are so happy about it!
It really captures her insanity.......
Here, pics of the Big Bike, 6'9" rider, thanks for the shots from the field!
Eiji got his awesome rigid 650B build up, and it's all ready for the mountains of Japan.
Sick!
Below, one of those weird fuzzy photos that are all the rage now of a 29er that went out of here a month or so ago.
Aki "Angry Bee" Takamura on his favourite trial in Japan on his Coco 29er.
Bill's bike in the Zuni Mountains of New Mexico, this bike just left a few months ago as well - thanks for all the client pics, folks - keep em' coming, thanks!
 Annie won!
Another from Aki, this one with snow.
And here, the latest acquisition for the shop, it's out there in it's crate, not even opened yet......
Still hot brazing on John's bike.

And, that's what I got right now. Thanks for reading!

Bikes moving out, random pics.

JC's bike got sent off to SLC, man, it came out really beautiful!
I also built a new bike for D, it has all the current Coconino features, which I'll do a post on when it returns & gets built.
 Polishing up the frame.
 Fully brazed, D's bike.
Some damn nice brazing, and even tacking defined.
 Random shot of mitering.
Block is to keep opposing miters in phase.
A final check on alignment before brazing, and below brazed stays, there's the better part of 1/2 a rod in each end, may look really messy but actually only 10min or so of cleanup.

Seatstays, and squaring things up proper.
Seattube sub assembly being checked for straight at the get-go.
 And, the get-go.
Thanks for reading, all!

A few quick pics of the big bike, crazy busy! / build queue list

This unit is done & out the door, been really busy with the short days and almost every bike is a full build with totally different parts - custom takes time.
This is vermilion with a pearl topcoat, we are not getting much sun right now, bummer because it's a really sweet color.
Hours later, wrapped up in the dark.
120mm travel fork with 15mm thru-axle, 180 cranks, King gruppo, 30.0 seat post, rider is 6'9" tall.
I also have one back from paint I need to finish prepping, I dropped the headbadge tap and shattered it, and had to wait the weekend to try to locate a local 2-56 tap, and I am just about wrapped up with a special project, the John L's bike, Barry W. (We need to chat about details) Steve K, Michael L, Jonah M, Josh B, Tim H, Jim E, Matthew F, Rhino, Taylor McK, Barin B, Kyle O, Bryce B, L.A., E-Mark, K-Bar, David M, Karl, Brad A, Steve C.
Thanks for your patience, I's knocking them out one after the other, I am slowing down in my old age but the bikes just get sweeter & sweeter - Steve.
